Served as the Project-in-Charge or Construction Project Manager of of 9-storey office building with basement completed in 2017 with tasks including develop and prepare plans, coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other construction professionals, manage resources, review and negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers, audit quality, identify concerns, evaluate accomplishments, review billings, monitor progress, and provide project updates. Prepared technical documents for bidding of the areas for lease in the 9-storey building and won that earned back 80% of its construction cost from its leased spaces in 5 years Coordinated with clients, interior designer, contractors, and suppliers for fit-out project of a 1000 sq.m. operating office space

Identified changes and prepared electrical-as built plan for a 1-hectare pharmaceutical manufacturing plant with restricted time to access to many areas. Created standard format for technical drawings including title blocks, electrical devices and equipment blocks, and layers of line values that saved time in drawing repetitive elements in cad.
