Archie Deskus is a seasoned technology executive, corporate board director, advisor, and investor with a proven track record of driving transformation, innovation, and enterprise value across complex global industries. She brings a strategic perspective on how technology can reshape businesses, accelerate growth, and unlock new models of value creation. Archie currently serves on the boards of Cognizant, East West Bank, and DataStax, and advises technology start-ups. Over her career, she has led large-scale IT, digital, and product transformations across a range of industries including aerospace, industrials, oilfield services, consumer products, and technology. She has held CIO and CTO roles at Fortune 200 companies such as PayPal, Intel, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Baker Hughes, Ingersoll Rand, and United Technologies. Her operating experience also includes P&L responsibility for commercial digital product lines and oversight of embedded software development within core product portfolios. Recognized for her ability to bridge technology strategy with business outcomes, Archie brings a forward-looking, cross-industry perspective grounded in operational excellence and strategic foresight. She holds a BS in Business Management and Information Systems from Boston University and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
