I support recruitment efforts for large-scale enterprise business clients of Ultimate Staffing. Building relationships with our business clients, I help them find the best candidates who match their employment needs by developing ideal candidate profiles and deploying customized recruitment strategies. I then assist with finding the right talent by screening resumes, coordinating and presenting candidates to clients, and tracking applicants’ progress through the interviewing and hiring process. Managing full life-cycle recruiting for successfully delivery on the staffing needs. Managing relationships with the Recruitment Managers and the Delivery managers to identify personnel needs and requirements for the various IT positions from specific account. Initiating search schedules to recruit right personnel for a business client. Capitalizing all conventional sources for sourcing candidates like job boards, referrals and non-conventional sources like Google Plus and LinkedIn. Leveraging online recruiting resources to identify the right candidates. Leveraging good networking of contacts to source appropriate candidates for the client. Screening candidates according to the job requirement, and engaging them for the interview process. Shortlisting candidates and presenting them to the hiring managers. Managing the Recruitment process and tracking candidates in ATS (Bullhorn). Developing relationships with potential hires and providing support to the candidate as well as the hiring team throughout the hiring cycle.

Recruiting sources include the job boards, referrals etc Proficient in the use of social media sources such as LinkedIn, etc. Manage and maintain recruitment database Screening candidates based on client's job description, candidates relevant knowledge and experience for required skill sets, functional skills and communication skills. Interact with candidates formally and informally on what skills they possess and how that relates to open job opportunities. Manage and coordinate communication with candidates and provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position. Getting detailed requirement specifications from the Accounts Manager. Maintained good interaction with all the staffing Vendors. Negotiating rates with the vendors Establish effective relationships with candidates by providing timely verbal and written communication.
