I believe great products make life meaningfully easier. What keeps me motivated as a Product Manager is bringing clarity to ambiguous problems, understanding true user friction, and building platforms that work reliably at scale. As I grow, I aim to be a product leader who can: 🔹 simplify complexity, 🔹 design platforms that scale effortlessly, and 🔹 guide teams to build with empathy and creativity. Today, I'm a Senior Product Manager at Razorpay, leading the recurring payments stack for UPI. I work closely with NPCI, high-growth startups, and large enterprises to craft subscription and checkout experiences that drive stickiness, customer retention, and high debit success. My work spans end-to-end product strategy, system and platform design, data-driven decision-making, bringing customer delight through reliability, and cross-functional leadership. Previously, I built several of Razorpay’s core card-payment innovations—biometric authentication, CVV-less flows, tokenization frameworks, and high-throughput routing systems powering India’s largest commerce events. These experiences strengthened my ability to influence cross-functional teams, deliver under pressure, and create solutions that scale across thousands of customers. I’m passionate about solving problems that require both systems thinking and deep customer empathy, and I thrive in environments that demand clarity, reliability, and thoughtful scaling. As I continue growing, I’m focused on becoming a product leader who builds platforms that last, teams that think boldly, and products that make a meaningful difference.
