My responsibilities included the following: • Owner's Representative in Projects to ensure the highest quality of technical delivery. • Member of the team responsible for changing the visual and architectural identity of projects • Part of the team to Managed a high-profile project valued at over 150 million riyals, encompassing design, architecture, electrical systems, security, safety, public services, and furniture selection. • Assist and support the department with yearly goals and KPIs. • Design, renovate and develop to provide a conceptual design in line with projects goals and estimated budgetary cost. • Monitoring and Supervising construction procedures from contractors in line with the project standards and goals. • Audit and maintain more than 130 branches of bank ALJAZIRA, periodically to preserve the bank’s Image and identity. • Provide advice to Project teams and assist in solving complex issues. • Provide Studies, reviews and research projects.

AL BAIK Food Systems Company is a company that owns the AL BAIK brand inside and outside Saudi Arabia. AL BAIK sets the highest standards, comply with the international and local laws and regulations, and conduct performance monitoring, audit and verification for more than 100 restaurants. In addition, it works to follow up the quality and food safety standards of products, which offer to customers in all areas, including the engineering section. Engineering Department is keen to provide the best quality and highest standards in terms of designing restaurants and attracting with everything that is new and helps to improve customer experience and meet 100% customer satisfaction. My responsibilities included the following: • Owner's Representative in Projects to Ensure the highest quality of technical delivery. • Assist GM in setting an action plan for departments’ KPIs. • Assist the department with yearly goals. • Development of engineering work packages in coordination with key Stakeholders. • Develop project engineering standards, policies, procedures and best practices. • Maintain and update engineering stander and models. • Leading all technical design efforts ensuring quality designs are in line with the project scope, corporate standards, authority regulations, budget and Project goals. • Monitor the construction progress as well as quality and execution as per approved technical documentation and project execution plan. • Audit, Supervise, and manage Over 150 Restaurants. • Research and development projects. • Selecting Finishing Materials and Approving Materials for the Projects. • Reviewing and approving contractors, suppliers, and consultant.

My responsibilities included the following: • Ensuring, through various project teams and planning support, that project process and reporting is accurate and timely • Manage all project phases (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, closure) along with the project stakeholders. • Monitor project deliverables, report on project milestones, and provide timely status reports to the project sponsor & PMO office. • Managing Pre-opening cross-functional engineering team with different concerned department • Handling all new branch opening from engineering department. • Chair technical progress meetings and coordination with all stakeholders and representing engineering department in all meetings. • Approve and evaluate contractors and consultants. • Conduct feasibility study. • Assist budget estimates and timeline schedules for projects. • Attend for final inspection prior to handover

My responsibilities included the following: • Manage the team of design consultants, building and contractors through the various phases of a project lifecycle. • Managing and coordinating design packages from consultants and designers • Guide & train junior architecture and supervisor in the preparation of architecture design model. • Meet and exceed internal and external customer need. • Responsible for team performance. • Conduct feasibility study. • Review construction design package and provide technical support to the client. • Audit and monitor contractor, consultant and supplier performance. • Provide material and furniture selection review and inspection. • Acting as section head to direct and guide junior designers and supervisor. • Audit, supervise and manage over 100 restaurants.

My responsibilities included the following: • Ensure company policies and standard are maintained when provide services. • Conduct feasibility study. • Create architecture plans, which meet the desired requirements of licensees. • Collecting information on the design requirements for the projects. • Analyzing and identify the problems. • Designing 2D, 3D, external and internal projects. • Developing and modifying cad drawings based on customer and engineer information and details. • Reworking or modifying design as may request by the client or top management. • Preparing drawings and presented ideas for the client or top management to review.
