Bandai America was looking for an integrated product management system that will house all its product related data from Marketing, R&D, Sales, Packaging, Production and Affiliates, in one easy-to-access location. This system will also support online approvals through workflows, upload / download documents, images, ERP Integration, Business Objects reporting. Requirements were primarily inclined towards Retail / Apparel business processes. Wipro was invited to perform a PLM product evaluation to find the best fit PLM that would satisfy the Bandai's business processes OOTB coupled with minor configurations / customization. Emerson Network Power (ENP) had to migrate from Agile 8.3 to Siemens Teamcenter 10.1. ENP had decided to customize Siemens Teamcenter 10.1 and bring identical functionalities that existed in Agile PLM. Led the offshore / onsite team, designed and developed custom solution / architecture for bringing the Agile functionalities into Siemens Teamcenter. Following Agile functionalities were achieved in Siemens Teamcenter by virtue of customization / configurations: 1) Teamcenter plugins to replace Agile Redlines, Mass Change, BOM Import etc. 2) Product Data eXchange (PDX) framework to replace Agile PDX generation 3) PDX Viewer to replace Agile eXpress 4) Manufacturing Search Wizard - To search Teamcenter parts outside TC Technologies used: RAC / Stylesheet customizations, SOA, Workflow design, ITK, JAXB

American Honda Motors (AHM) wanted to automate the process of generating 3D digital assets from their CAD systems. Once generated, they wanted to store them inside a secured online repository so that it is available for all authorized users. Using the 3D digital assets, 2D images will be rendered and stored back into the online repository for the usage of product development team in launch documents preparations. 1) Product evaluation exercise to arrive at the best fit PLM product. 2) Implement Dassault ENOVIA V6 2013x to store, search and collaborate 3D / 2D digital assets, Transfer Bill Of Materials (BOM) structure from Engineering Central to Library Central

GE Energy (GEE) has planned to use ENOVIA V6R2010x Program Central for engineering scheduling / changes, NPI execution / schedule / resource management. The Global Projects Operation (GPO) business uses Primavera P6 v7 for project/portfolio management. GEE wants to integrate ENOVIA V6R2010x Program Central and Primavera P6 so that R&D can initiate the project & high level plan in ENOVIA and leverage the project planning / detailing capability of Primavera Led the offshore design / development team to finalize the solution architecture, custom code to achieve the ENOVIA - Primavera Integration. NSN wanted to replace their legacy component management systems with ENOVIA PLM and integrate the ERP / PDM systems with ENOVIA. Legacy system has to be retired after migrating the data into ENOVIA. Training documents were prepared and users were trained in the ENOVIA Component Management functionality. I played the customer interface during the requirements phase. Also led the offshore development team and was responsible for the solution design for component management within ENOVIA V6R2010x, devising the data migration strategy for moving data into ENOVIA V6R2010x and building integrations between ENOVIA V6R2010x and the legacy systems. During the UAT phase, I had prepared the training documents and trained the end users for component management functionalities in ENOVIA V6R2010x.
