Job Responsibilities: ● Manage the end-to-end procurement portfolio for all Resin, Masterbatch, Chemical, and Plastic/Rubber raw materials, ensuring optimal value and supply security for the Electrical Appliance project. ● Develop and implement category management strategies, leading negotiations to secure profitable long-term contracts and reduce total cost of ownership. ● Mitigate supply chain risks by implementing strategic sourcing techniques, guaranteeing a smooth and uninterrupted flow of materials to support production targets. ● Coordinate cross-functionally with Planning, Production, R&D, Commercial, and Logistics teams to align procurement with operational needs. ● Optimize inventory levels in collaboration with the inventory management team to maintain production efficiency without overstocking.

Job Responsibilities: ● Spearheaded research and evaluation of lithium-ion battery (LIB) technologies to inform critical decisions on raw material and machinery selection. ● Led collaborations with external scientists and consultancy firms to integrate expert knowledge and accelerate project development. ● Developed comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOM) and material specifications to establish a foundation for high-quality LIB manufacturing. ● Optimized key manufacturing processes and parameters, enhancing production efficiency, product reliability, and scalability. ● Established robust safety protocols and assessed advanced LIB recycling technologies to promote sustainable and circular economy practices.

Job Responsibilities: ● Ensured strict compliance with cGMP standards through in-process control (IPC) inspections across all manufacturing and packing areas. ● Managed critical quality control points, including raw material dispensing, line clearance, and status labeling to prevent mix-ups and contamination. ● Performed final inspection and release of finished products, vendor audits, and calibration of IPQC instruments. ● Prepared Product Quality Reports (PQR) and managed documentation for change control, deviations, and customer complaints. ● Implemented and maintained ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 standards within the quality assurance framework.
