Mechanical Design Engineer specialized in SolidWorks with over 5 years of experience in mechanical design, including more than 2.5 years of specialized experience in elevator design and elevator components.My work focuses on designing elevators and their related components while connecting engineering design with manufacturing, assembly, and installation requirements.I am strongly interested in improving design workflows, reducing repetitive manual tasks, and minimizing the possibility of human error through automation, standardization, and process optimization.During my professional experience, I have developed practical solutions such as automating elevator dimension calculations based on shaft dimensions and DBG values for the cabin and counterweight. I have also worked on linking Excel sheets with SolidWorks to support direct design for repetitive and standardized tasks.In addition, I created an internal coding system for elevator components inside the factory, allowing each part to be clearly identified for every project. This helped reduce assembly mistakes and prevent mixing parts between different elevators.I also developed macro-based systems to automatically extract cutting files and generate part codes, helping save time, improve accuracy, and enhance the quality of DXF files used in manufacturing.I believe that successful engineering is not only about creating accurate designs, but also about building smarter systems that improve productivity, reduce errors, and support better manufacturing results.
