I approached the Director of this company with a business plan to evolve the company which was established in January 2010. In a matter of months I had created an online marketing presence and though carefully planned advertising and in house communication the company took off with various single and double storey extension in Birmingham & Solihull. I was part of a 3 strong team selling and designing layout's for bathroom & kitchen tiles working with both the general public and trade clients. My job was to assist clients in selecting tiles for both walls & floors, delving deep into their persona, likes and dislikes, choosing tiles and other products to complete their dream rooms. Seeing some of the completed look to their property was very satisfying knowing that I had assisted them in making their dream come true. Other tasks in this position involved stock take of products, house keeping to maintain a professional looking show room, stock management and rotation in order to keep the displays looking full and easy to view.

Having 19 years experience in retail, majority in management positions and working with many recognized High Street brands I have developed myself over the years and moved on into the domestic construction and internal renovation field and now a fully trained and qualified carpet cleaner in Birmingham.
