• Managed end-to-end supply planning for over 200 SKUs across Condiments, Culinary, and FSD, translating validated demand FC into optimised production and replenishment plans. • Developed and maintained the MPS aligned with forecast volumes, capacity and material availability to achieve monthly business targets. • Operated within SAP S/4 HANA to raise purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure production plans reflected the latest demand outlook. • Supported NPD and seasonal peaks, ensuring alignment between supply plans, production timing, and customer delivery requirements. • Enhanced reporting capabilities using Excel and BI, improving visibility into inventory health, production efficiency, and service metrics. Key Achievements: • SAP S/4 HANA Implementation: Played a key role in implementing, successfully migrating ~1,000 SKUs (material master and routings) and conducting MRP verification post-implementation to ensure system accuracy and process readiness. • Cost Savings & Inventory Optimisation: Saved approximately AUD 250K (~Rs. 30M) in potential stock expiry losses by effectively managing slow and non-moving inventory through cross-department collaboration. • Production & Forecast Compliance: Achieved up to 100% forecast compliance for condiment SKUs while maintaining at least 70% opening stock cover, proactively identifying risks to ensure timely corrective actions. • Process Improvement & Resource Optimisation: Led two process improvement initiatives, reducing workflow steps from 17 to 9 and rightsizing manpower, achieving annual savings of ~AUD 25K and reallocating resources to higher-value roles. • Plant Relocation Projects: Contributed to two major plant relocations as both production personnel and supply planner, ensuring seamless operations and less disruption • Data Visibility & Workload Optimisation: Developed interactive Power BI and Excel dashboards and automated SAP-based reports, reducing manual effort, and optimising workload distribution.

◦ Planning & Management: • Planning, time and resource management for flawless execution of marketing orders pertaining to optimize productivity and transformation cost. • Worked on SAP S/4 HANA revolves around master data include BOM, routing & production version to create transactional data in SAP, such as creating a production order in PP & purchase order in MM. • Co-ordinate with in-house production and/ or service providers to tender the subject projects. • Ensure adequate and uninterrupted supply of material as per BOM and system reservation. ◦ Inventory Management & Supply Chain • Co-ordinate with procurement and relevant stake holders to maintain inventory of critical spares, considering supplier lead and transit times. • Worked with store team in establishing Min-Max System for the regularly required critical items and spares. • Managed and planned the transportation of modified items as per the assembly line requirements • Co-ordinate with supply chain to assess bids on the basis of delivery time and export exemptions. ◦ Technical Research • Worked on the technical parameters and BOM for the development of modified vehicle • Used expertise in technical analysis to launch Proto of lifetable axle.
