My primary focus and passion lie within Operations. Previously, I held the role of Chief Operations Officer at The Hosteller, a renowned backpacker hostel chain. In this capacity, I managed the daily operations of 800+ rooms spanning over 55 hostels & 25+ cafes across India, leading a team of 450+ dedicated staff. My responsibilities encompassed guest relations, review management, revenue optimization, expense control, human resources, infrastructure upkeep, training and development, event coordination, and effective liaison management. As an alumnus of the esteemed Oberoi Group of Hotels and Resorts, I graduated from their prestigious Hospitality Management Program STEP in 2018. Throughout my tenure at Oberoi, I cultivated my expertise across various facets of hospitality, including Front Office, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and Kitchen.
