Managing Employee Attrition & Retention by analysing the feedback of exit interviews. Ensuring the Rewards & Recognition plan is a motivational platform for boosting employee morale. - Collaboratively and strategically supporting the Stakeholders by ensuring the Managers are updated with the key Policies and procedures. - Collaboratively supporting & managing Employee Performance by ensuring the Performance Appraisal process is complete and all Associates receive an equitable performance conversation with their Reporting Managers. Managing and reviewing the HR MIS reports to ensure administrative compliance. - Maintaining accuracy of indicative data to ensure compliance of policies, processes and guidelines, preparing analysis reports on various HR employee engagement & initiative projects to understand the impact and contributions it has made in achieving business/ company objectives. - Responsible for compensation management-payroll, reviewing the industry pay structure from time to time. - Responsible for joinings & On-boarding’s. HR Administration • Welcome the visitors and prospective candidates being the face of organization • Maintain proper profiles of all the employees and keep a track of their improvements, training needs, acquired skills etc. • Keep track of leaves, holidays and attendance.
