I’m an Electrical Engineer with over nine years of experience in the power transmission sector, specializing in high voltage substation design (400, 230 & 132KV) and international EPC tendering. At Bangladesh’s national transmission utility, I’ve contributed to major grid expansion projects that added more than 4,000 MVA of capacity—enhancing system reliability and operational resilience. My work spans the full substation design cycle: developing technical specifications, preparing layouts and single-line diagrams, reviewing detailed designs, and ensuring strict compliance with IEC and IEEE standards. I have extensive experience collaborating with global EPC contractors and OEMs including Siemens, Hitachi, ABB, Hyosung, and Hyundai, ensuring quality from design to FAT stage. Holding MCIPS accreditation from the UK’s Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, I bring a balanced perspective that combines deep technical expertise with sound commercial and sustainability principles, key for successful high voltage infrastructure delivery. My passion lies in developing power systems that combine reliability, efficiency, and sustainability.
