- Delivered dynamic, interactive, ego-busting immersive training to Fortune 100 companies across all industries and leadership levels. - Taught life-changing methods to increase self-awareness, address limiting behaviors, improve communication, and act on most important aspirations. - Curriculum subject matter expert who proposed, designed, and delivered a new, abbreviated training program to over 1,000 people.

I created a strategy to build a learning organization, focused on culture, leadership development, and community/educational outreach. As an internal culture-change partner, I supported and coached employees, including the senior leadership team members, on their journey of increasing self-awareness and becoming a learning organization. I was known for building great relationships with others and developed an understanding of unique business dynamics associated with government organizations and contractors. I was a trusted confidant across teams/levels, synthesizing and prioritizing opportunities and pain points for senior leadership to address. I facilitated various teamwork pieces of training including OC Tanner’s The Orange Revolution and Franklin Covey’s The Speed of Trust to successfully build collaboration and overcome team dysfunctions. I was also an internal certified facilitator for David Allen's Getting Things Done training.

- Reported to the Director of the NOD and provided support for various day-to-day operations and activities. - Launched and led the Leadership Development Program pilot for NOD, to include eight participants. - Led change through the FY12 Procedures Adherence and Improvement Initiative (PAII) Project as the Culture Team Lead and the Co-Chair for the PAII Change Agent Cadre. - Planned and facilitated effective strategic management and NOD employee meetings. - Provided input for and maintained the metrics, assisted with trending and analysis, and represented the Director at the Trending and Analysis Forum.

- Managed the Systems Assessment and Validation for Emergency Responders (SAVER) Program ($1.7 M total project value) and Secondary Reachback Automated Recall System ($1.09 M total project value). - Led the Test & Evaluation Division Management Assessment Team. Designed assessments to validate and improve work processes, implementing corrective action as necessary. As part of Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, participated on a process improvement plan team that realized $470 k in customer savings.
