Supported daily technical and operational activities related to office fit-out and furniture projects. Assisted the marketing and sales teams by updating furniture items, drawings, and pricing data in Odoo. Managed project and client information through the CRM system (Odoo) to support quotations and follow-ups. Prepared delivery schedules and explained installation plans and work instructions to the installation team. Coordinated with logistics for order processing, inventory monitoring, stock availability, and shipment schedules. Assisted in internal project coordination by tracking orders, timelines, and technical requirements. Provided technical and operational support to the manager in planning, coordination, and project execution.

Prepared AutoCAD furniture layouts and space planning based on client drawings. Reviewed floor plans and site layouts to ensure proper furniture placement. Developed layout revisions according to client comments and project needs. Prepared and updated quotations based on approved layouts. Entertained walk-in clients and introduced displayed furniture in the warehouse, explaining furniture use, features, pros and cons, pricing, and available options based on client needs. Advised clients on layout optimization and possible furniture customizations to meet project requirements. Coordinated with suppliers for furniture specifications and pricing. Supported the ADCB project from planning, layout, and quotation, and coordinated with the site team during execution, delivery, and installation until project completion. Assisted the manager with technical drawings and daily project tasks.

Prepared cost estimates for structural, civil, and masonry works for residential and commercial projects. Prepared and reviewed subcontractor quotations, comparison sheets, and billing based on work progress. Assisted in material checking by verifying specifications and deliveries. Conducted site visits to measure completed works and support cost control. Assisted in project meetings, ISO documentation, and general administrative tasks.
