* Improve the flow of data and lead the cooperation with other departments to improve data completeness and automation to simplify billing process. * Preparation of billing calculation for trade reimbursements, marketing activities and commission fees. * Invoice submission and bill placement process to client. * Follow up approvals and payments and provide assistance to clients. * Few basic accounting tasks such as bank reconciliation for incoming payment, reports from online platforms and other team projects.

My responsibility -Help clients with corporate income tax compliance matter such as reviewing tax computation, preparing tax return (PND.50&51) and reviewing tax provision (CIT, VAT, WHT) -Help with tax authority audits (Tax health checks) -Assist clients with tax controversy with the Revenue Department. (eg. review Withholding tax certificates & Tax invoices.) -Help clients follow up tax invoices from vendos. -Assist team to revie monthly tax return (eg. VAT PP.30) and checked tax invoices with vat report about input vat returns. -Calculate and prepare monthly tax return (eg. WHT PND.1) -Review any documents and prepare all reports. -Prepare TPDF (Transfer Pricing Disclosure Form). -Update any new tax rules and regulations. -Manage clients relationships. -Other tasks as assigned

Prepare the withholding tax return form (P.N.D. 1 ,3 ,53) Review Vat report and prepare tax return (PP.30) Stock count and prepare a report summarizing the difference between the actual product balance and the product amount in the document. Follow up tax invoices from suppliers. Bank reconciliation and ledger entries. Check the correctness and completeness of bills and other documents. Other tasks as assigned.
