Chief Executive Officer
TELEDOME AEBE
Athens, Greece
I co-founded TELEDOME ΑΕΒΕ and was the CEO of the company from the beginning when it started out as a startup in the fixed line and broadband telecom industry in 1999 and evolved as the 3ed largest fixed line and broadband company in Greece, employing over 270 people, with €55 million in annual sales and €2.1 million in after tax profits. In 2006 I prepared the company to go public on the Athens Stock Exchange but it was bought out in early 2007 by a local competitor. Achievements: 1. In 5 years I built the company from €0 revenue into a: - €55 million/year company, - Pre-tax profits peaked at €2.1 million/year - ROE exceeded on average 20% annually. - Employed 270 employees - Invested over €35 million for the construction of our Radio Link & Fiber network - Acquired 175.000 subscribers - Achieved due to our proprietary collection strategy less than 2% bad debt. 2. Recruited, trained and mentored over the past ten years a group of people that later on staffed key management and middle management positions, greatly assisting in the company’s success. 6. Initiated effective corporate governance, with the introduction of four committees that oversaw the daily operations of the company in coordination with the management team. 7. In 2007 the company was sold to INTRACOM Holdings.

Senior Product Manager
Athens, Greece
I was responsible of coordinating the product development, product launch and P&L of the first Citibank pan-European family of funds "CitiSelect" . To more easily integrate the more aggressive CitiSelct product line in our product mix and in order to avoid cannibalization of our other funds, I initiated prior to the launch of CitiSelect a new pricing strategy for our existing funds and repositioned them in the market place, creating a product gap in our product matrix that would allow for a smother integration of the CitiSelect line. As the coordinator for Greece, I trained all certified investment sales staff on the CitiSelect line in order to assure maximum sales yields. I designed and executed CitiSelects’ communication and advertising strategy in the Greek market and developed and executed a tactical plan aligned with European headquarters sales expectations for the Greek market. Achievements: 1. I was personally responsible for Citibank Greece’s success in booking more than $300 million USD in Citiselect Funds, surpassing other larger European subsidiaries such as Germany. And earning more than $30 million USD in profits for the Citibank Greece. 2. Responsible for the coordination of the Greek part of the first pan-European design and product launch for the CitiSelect family of funds. 3. Designed and implemented Citibank’s Access campaign. A $900,000 USD budget was made available to me for the purposes of the campaign. 4. Designed the first five year strategic marketing & sales plan for the Emerging/Established segment 5. Segmented Citibank customer base (portfolio) into homogeneous sub-segments, based on a life-cycle approach.

Personal Banking Division Manager
XIOS BANK S.A.
Athens, Greece
Achievements: 1. Identified a Gap in the Greek market, built a proposal to the banks management and received approval to create a business unit that would exploit this market gap. 2. Develop a three year strategic plan as well as a one year tactical plan, based upon which management would evaluate the project. 3. Coordinate with technology the development of the necessary software for portfolio valuation, trade completion and transaction reporting. 4. Designed the Personal Banking sales process manual 5. Trained the necessary branch staff, so that they can be in a position to better sell investment products and services to the target customers. 6. Coordinated with our advertising company an in branch campaign, aimed at attracting our targeted customers. 7. Developed a database of the banks customers that meet our criteria and coordinated the targeting of these customers through the local branches. Under my guidance and until I left in February 1997, the new department had managed to book 2.5 billion Drs (approx. €7 Million) within 3 months of commercial operation. The project was deemed a major success for the bank, as 40% of the funds booked were new money to the bank, reinforcing my belief that the Gap I had identified in the market existed and was exploitable.

Senior Project Analyst
Montreal y alrededores, Canadá
Achievements: 1. Assisted department heads with the development of their annual budget and monitored during the course of the year their progress. 2. I was part of the team that development the company’s five year strategic plan and implemented a wide cost cutting strategy necessary for the company to return to financial health in order to continue to play a leading role in the North American market. 3. I was part of the team that monitored CN’s key Canadian competitor CP, by participating in the evaluation of CP’s assets as well as the evaluation of the financial effect and the economies of scale that would arise if CN were to acquire its rival CP.
