Key Responsibilities: DCS Project Execution // Engineering Department • Participate in Internal Kick-Off Meetings and Client Kick-Off Meetings to align on project scope, deliverables, and timelines. • Coordinate with procurement teams to support the Procurement Process, including preparation and verification of the Bill of Materials (BOM). • Prepare, review, and manage Project Documents and Project Design Documents (PDDs). • Develop and implement process control logic, focusing on control and safeguarding functions within the Distributed Control System (DCS). • Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) to verify system performance prior to delivery. • Execute Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and support commissioning activities on-site to ensure proper system integration and operation. • Prepare and deliver accurate and complete As-Built Documentation at project close-out.
