• Investigate, analyze and propose improvements in the implementation and support in the security vertical, in order to guarantee the service offered by the company to the internal or external client. • Design and implement laboratories for research and practice according to the vertical of solutions and/or products designated by the company, in order to ensure the continuous development of skills and updating of knowledge in the technical area. • Develop and establish configuration templates for the security vertical products, in order to guarantee standardized service delivery. • Supervise and control the configuration standard for the security vertical services, in order to contribute to compliance with the technical specifications of the products or services and standards of the Information Security Management System. • Manage and control the management of technical resources related to the security vertical, guaranteeing the specifications and/or requirements of the internal or external client. • Make good use of the company's information, tools, materials and assets. • Comply with the responsibilities and procedures of the area.

 Provide implementation for all company managed IP networks and all applications of IP Technologies.  Maintained communication networks and resolved any technical issues of us corporative and VIP customer.  Establishes and executes preventative maintenance routines and analyzes results for proactive activities to prevent incidents.  Installed and configured network devices, including routers, switches, firewall, wireless AP’s, in situ or remote.  Network design for high industries (Hospitals, Banks, etc.)  Develop script (Python) for managing networks devices and perform massive scale upgrades (up to 100 devices per day)  Analysis costumers LAN and WAN network for implementing perimeter UTM firewall, in situ or remote.

 Responsible for monitoring, analysis of the network infrastructure, which is comprised of local and remote signal nodes (data/telecom equipment, servers, routers core, distribution and access switches, optical transport device, UPS system)  Collaborated with network engineers, field technicians, equipment vendors and Telecom carriers to effectively troubleshoot and resolve various types of network issues and outages  Installed and management open-source monitoring software (ZABBIX).  Process automatization developing script (Python) for input massive data customer (up to 500 per day) and get report about different items of device monitored (ping loss, response time, CPU process, etc.)
