EXPERIENCE Thai Summit Autoparts Industry South Africa Co (Pty)., Ltd May 2020 – present - Be the 1st team to establish the factory as a Senior Design and Document Engineer - Support project P703/J73 for Ford Ranger in South Africa (Body, Frames and Bumper parts) - Responsible to control masterplan for new factory and new tooling, Ford system, packaging design, and manufacturing process in section project engineering (New Model) - Design and develop the project to ensure parts are developed on time and with quality to support new model project (APQP) according to customers’ requirement - Manage and communicate engineering changes and costing with marketing team, Ford Australia, and suppliers in China and USA - Data center and document control, Raw material & product (Stamping and Assembly) - FMEA, process flow chart, APQP and PPAP - Create Bom and Routing for SAP B1 system - 3D Tooling modification - Support and train Technical Engineer (South African) For 3D Program - Design packaging and manage packaging supplier since manufacturing up until packaging inspection at plant - Implement packaging system in the plant by comparing buying and renting system

- 10 years’ experience simulating stamping part for analyze formability part, crack, spring back by AUTOFORM.​ - Responsible to design and process engineering (New Model) - Design and develop the project to ensure parts are developed on time and with quality to support new model project (APQP) according to customers’ requirement - Data center to control and analyze new parts and modify cad data with customer by CATIA & NX. - Design flow process for assembly products and lay out of production line with line robot for new model. - Handle for internal projects from the start to the end with team - Redesign modules to improve the function and reduce costs - Design and trial packaging for new model.

- Responsible to design and development engineering (New Model) - Design product & drawing following specification of customer for production - Assembly and Testing prototype part.
