In my role, I created and implemented automated bots using the PEGA RPA tool, focusing on delivering clean, optimized, and well-tested robotic automations. I took the lead in managing code fixes, enhancements, and RPA administration to ensure seamless integration with evolving business requirements. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, I was instrumental in gathering project requirements, which were documented in the Solution Design Document, and thorough UAT Testing. Utilizing BPM Software, analyzed FTE Savings across three projects, which played a crucial role in assessing project viability and estimating significant gross manpower savings. Automated ETL pipelines that process 10 million items daily with a 99% accuracy rate, significantly enhancing data streamlining. Additionally, implemented a bot using Alteryx workflow automation to meticulously extract and analyze spare parts data from dealers, integrating various data sources and optimizing workflows to ensure efficient data processing.

Developed hands-on expertise in AWS Cloud Computing, mastering various AWS Services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS, Applied cloud deployment best practices and participated in the implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure streamlined and repeatable deployments. I also crafted detailed documentation of our cloud architecture and processes, enhancing knowledge sharing within our team. Additionally, I accelerated data analysis tasks using SQL and Excel, transforming raw data into actionable insights that informed executive decision-making.
