Hello! I currently work as an Engineer II within Abbott's Neuromodulation’s Post-Market Quality department of Technical Services. My work revolves around applying engineering rigor to investigate and resolve complex field issues involving implantable neuromodulation devices. Partnering closely with healthcare professionals and internal teams to perform technical troubleshooting, complaint analysis, and risk-based corrective actions, leveraging deep understanding of neurostimulation systems to enhance device performance, reliability, and patient outcomes. Academically, I am a Master’s graduate in Biomedical Engineering from USC, wherein I have built hands-on experience as a Quality Data Analyst at USC Information Technology Services and as a Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance Intern at the USC Regulatory Science Consulting Service, I specialized in bridging process improvement, risk-based regulatory strategy, and operational excellence within regulated settings. Beyond the numbers and protocols, I believe the true purpose of engineering is to be people centric, to protect patients, enable access, and ensure that every product and process contributes to community well-being. That’s why I have volunteered as a Secretary of the Orange County Regulatory Affairs (OCRA) Discussion Group, facilitating cross-discipline dialogue and leadership in regulatory initiatives. I look forward to continuous learning and improvement.
