Title: Recapitulating Glioblastoma Multiforme Microenvironment with Exogenous Sonic Hedgehog My thesis was based on drug delivery to reduce glioblastoma cell viability. I have gained significant experience working independently with techniques like culture and passaging of mammalian cell lines, cell-based assays (cell counting, cell proliferation, cell viability, cytotoxicity assays), and molecular biology techniques (nucleic acid isolation, protein isolation, western blot, and qPCR). As a part of my project, I had to take into consideration the multidimensional approach to cancer therapy, the multiple factors affecting cell growth and viability, conduct experiments in parallel, and troubleshoot to increase the accuracy of results.

Title: Isolation Of Cancer Stem Cells from Glioblastoma Multiforme Cell Line Using SORE6-GFP Reporter Vector I conducted tumorsphere assays on a glioblastoma cell line and monitored the sphere growth daily with fluorescence microscope imaging.
