• Leads Ferrero’s IT worldwide ERP (SAP) application landscape including the people management, application support and enhancements, and ownership of the IT application roadmap for function • Ensures IT applications are aligned with Ferrero’s overall business requirements, while enhancing business effectiveness and leveraging Ferrero’s IT core application investments and its technical platform. • GRC and Statutory system audit • Support all Users after the Go-Live and in the day by day activities by running a Central / Local Level Help Desk for all related issues (by tickets). • Control the system functionalities and developments with an effective Change Control Process • Provide User Training and Post-Go live Production Support • Leads project initiatives allocated to India Region • Vendor Management • Budget planning

• Implementation, enhancement and support of Application Systems like SAP and other software to the end users. • Conduct User training of Application System and IT SOP’s. • Develop and evaluate plans to be carried out by team & provides direction and leadership. • Evaluation, review & support change control / Deviations / CAPA raised by functional department with respect to IT systems. • Liaison with Corporate application team to ensure that the projects decided to be implemented at corporate level and rolled out at site. • Coordinate with IT validation and Infrastructure team where users have to be assisted in applications performance and validation. • Provide support for Computer System Validation activities in all phases like Project, Operational and Retirement. • Assist in preparations and support IT Compliance Audits, regulatory audits like MHRA & USFDA and internal audit. • Feasibility / Evaluation of New requirement / System.
