Managed the implementation of Entrepreneurial skills program in more than 1,400 Government Secondary Schools in Bihar and Jharkhand through an MOU with the Government of Bihar. Managed all key stake holders: Government officials like Principal Secretary, State Project Director (RMSA/SSA), State Project Officer (RMSA/SSA), District Education officers(DEO's), District Program Officers(DPO's) for the execution of the program. Reported to COO and CEO of the organization.

To steer organisation's sector practice to a globally recognised one with business/partnership established with lead donors, governments and sector specific institutions. Prepare and implement country strategy, business plans, and strategy papers for Education and WASH. Strong project planning, project team management and provide leadership to the Education and WASH Team. Meet regularly with current and prospective clients and partner institutions to nurture relationships and check on client satisfaction and monitor project quality. Ensure the hiring and retention of top quality technical, management, and administrative staff for projects and business activities. Conduct regular review of project reports, case studies, infographics, assessments and suggest facilitate access to different platforms for dissemination. To provide recommendations for improving quality, effectiveness and achieve synergies of interventions/activities in various projects.

Worked in HSBC, HDFC and Axis bank for nearly 6 years in different domains e.g. Investment Banking, Retail Assets, Commercial/Residential Project Approvals, etc.

Village Planning Project:: A micro planning process across 500+ villages as part of the UNICEF-funded Child-Friendly Project in Vaishali district of Bihar. The micro planning process mainly focused on issues related to Reproductive and Child Health, Child Development and Nutrition, HIV/AIDS, Education, Sanitation and Child Protection in the entire district. • Managing the program team. • Liasoning with Govt. Officials to develop training strategies for functionaries of government programs at all levels. • Coordinate with other development partners in the state to understand the strategies and outcomes of other capacity building efforts directed at the Water & Sanitation programs. • Identify internal/external resource individuals and agencies suitable for the purpose to establish mechanisms for procurement and execution. • Organize review of curriculums and strategies of existing training programs and their modification to suit the desired outcomes and timelines. • Develop robust mechanisms for monitoring the quality of training programs and their outcomes and evolve operational mechanisms of applying these at scale. • Develop process documents, training feedbacks, evaluation methods and similar training related documents and tools of assessment.
