Optimizing the service levels and costs to come up with Flipkart’s future Supply chain Network Footprint. Devised a plan to increase the present footprint of FCs by taking the lever of : i. NDD in top 500 cities ii. SDD in Metro Cities & tier 1 cities Designed the management operating system for Supply Chain Built the end to end capability in supply chain to handle fragile products, current GMV of about 40Cr. Designed the process of Serialization of inventory in the warehouse for Electronics Category(CCC) Analyzed the volumetric weight and identified the cost reduction opportunities of packaging wastage and negotiations with the vendors

Developed a matrix based on the attractiveness of the drug and its market potential and placed the accounts respectively on the matrix. Researched the various aspects of the accounts and mapped out the key decision makers in them Assess account segmentation for the launch of their new drug(Brilinta) and validated the same for 20 accounts in Delhi and Mumbai region
