 During my tenure at GCPL I handled 4 major initiatives of RIL & implemented successfully -- 1. PHA (Process Hazard Analysis), 2. PTW (Permit To Work System) - a part of Reliance Management System (RMS) for improved governance & compliance, 3. Incident Investigation & 4. HSE Culture transformation  PSM Audits & Incident Investigation--Headed site level audit teams for PTW, PSM and lead incident investigation teams while investigating important safety incidents (Both work place safety & process safety incidents including lost working case-injury cases which involves regulatory authorities) for all plants and depts.  Participated in inter-sites incident investigation team also for major safety incident of other sites.  Work Permit & Risk Assessment Audits—Headed teams for Work Permit & Risk Assessment Audits during normal plants running as well as during plants shutdown periods for critical jobs like confined space entry, Hot work, High Pressure Water Jet Cleaning, Line Break involving critical and hazardous chemicals, Lock out tag out on critical operating equipment’s, Nitrogen gas safety, Scaffold Safety, Work At Height etc.  Job Cycle Check –Audit –Which is conformation to actual field compliance on following SOPs and SMPs  BBS—Behavior Based Safety —Assists the safety observations cross functional plant teams, HSE members.  PHA—Process Hazard Analysis—Participated as well as headed teams (in capacity of plant manager) of cross functional engineers for conducting PHA after implementing MOCT or changes in process conditions this includes normal plant running as well as shutdown period.  LPR (Life Protection Rules) — Ensuring 100% compliance with GCPTCL 10 LPRs (Life Protection Rules) and GCPL’s PTW (Permit to Work) system.  At site level he was a team member for preparation & implementation of procedure for -Life protection rules –zero tolerance at GCPL.  TRAINING--HSE Culture Transformation Or HSE Culture Change
