• Responsible for integration of new DCN topology Sites and bring visibility from So-EM server & U2000. • Troubleshoot the RTN, MLTN,OSN 7500 related Tx connectivity issues raised by field team and solve. • Troubleshoot unmanaged sites and nodes following new CARD and SCC Swap at MUX End at POP Site • Implementation of QoS configuration for Dhaka & Mymensingh Sites under DCN project.

• Responsible for implementing new DCN topology /path and bring visibility from So-EM server. • Establishment of new GNE nodes as per planning team and to make visible connected sites. • Troubleshoot unmanaged sites and nodes following IP Plan of revised topology and area . • QoS Configuration completed remotely as per planning recommended parameters for Robi

• Responsible for LB generation for Merger project using PATHLOSS 5.0 and coordinate with field team during implementation phase of Huawei & Ericsson regions. • To assist the Transmission Planning team to update database through LDMA for the newly upgraded Tx connectivity links of ROBI-Airtel Merger project. • To Prepare Work Order for the LSP for the planned links for various regions as per Tx planning requirements. • Responsible for Ethernet design for the new 3G Sites under ROBI network following the planning topology and requirements based upon TNP and RNP feedback. • Prepare the dismantled links material list and verification with Operation and Warehouse team to develop their database. • Support for ROC milestone done of TNP and assist network planner to update Mapinfo revised topology diagram based upon merging activity as planned. • Prepare Los Affected Site solution and interference related solution with suitable SPOT Frequency through approved frequency table of ROBI network.

Coordinating Transmission PAT with E.CO Operation Team for 3G Phase4B Project on behalf of Ericsson Team for Tx modernization roll-out activities.

• Responsible for Microwave Network Design Layout/ nominal topology preparations and preliminary equipments list as per Nominal . • To make schedule of LOS Survey on Quarter basis and assist Survey team verifying technical requirements and customer guideline. • Prepare and submit MW link detail design documents to Roll-out team • Responsible for Link Budget(LB) preparation,interference analysis and frequency –capacity plan for MC and Tx Upgradation project. • Monitor during implementation to make sure every things happening as per plan and keep record of Airtel network changes. • Produce updated mapinfo. and analysis of Do-ability for next roll-out sites checking Tx dependancies . • Optimize the Network to increase Quality and availability. • Provide Solution feedback related to LOS blockage issue and network improvement ,protection of network based upon Customer requirements. • Support and delivering solutions to FM team of Airtel Network with detailed Cutover plan for existing live network under CR . • Experiences with SDH BB Upgradation with Marconi LH Product with MDRS 155EC and Minilink TN5.0 Release. • Troubleshoting of XPIC and RPS Switch over of STM-1 CH-OP1 to OP4. • XPD and return loss measurement for Upgraded Hops using LMT 7.0 564 Software terminal & Anritsu SDH Analyzer. • Maintain CSR of Polarization CHANGE and Faulty WG Replacement schedule with minimum Outage time of Airtel. • Installation & commissioning of OMS1200 Series(OMS1240,OMS1260 ,OMS 1600 Series( OMS1664,OMS1684,OMS1654 )and OMS 1410 • Train-up the the Engineers maintaining Ericsson provided Manuals-Marconi MDRS and hands on experience Down time Software Upgrade. • Emergency STM-1 Channel Shifting under Emergency CR Approval and check the Restored channel report (RSL,Optical level and PM Report.)

Operation & Maintenance activities for Pacific Bangladesh Telecom( Citycell) Ltd. Peform & supervision of Preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in existing Citycell network. To take initiatives for upgradation of MW Links for regional Sites. CR's Handling for scheduled planned activities for customer Sites and coordination with the NOC.
