At Curry King, I bridge mechanical design, automation, and process management to improve food production systems. My work focuses on optimizing plant performance, leading technical teams, and ensuring compliance with stringent food safety standards. Key achievements: Led the full implementation of plant-wide ventilation and cold room systems — managing supplier selection, cost control, and on-site execution to ensure timely commissioning. Designed and developed the core food transfer container, a key component of the conveyor system that improved transfer efficiency and reliability. Oversaw the installation and optimization of conveyor systems, robotics, and industrial kitchen equipment to maximize operational throughput. Implemented comprehensive fire and food safety systems aligned with regulatory and company standards. Currently leading the development of a next-generation automated food dispensing system designed to increase production capacity by up to 30×, involving close coordination with design, supplier, and manufacturing teams. I founded and operate an independent engineering design and product development consultancy that has since grown into Torque Craft, supporting clients across automotive and industrial applications. I work closely with customers to understand real-world requirements and deliver practical, design-driven engineering solutions. Key Focus Areas: Engineering design & CAD modelling — component redesign, functional assemblies, prototyping support, and fit-for-purpose mechanical solutions. Professional 3D printing services — production of prototypes and functional parts, including material selection, print optimization, and part validation across PLA, ABS, and ASA components. Problem-solving & application engineering — improving part functionality, addressing design challenges, and supporting product-ready implementations. Client & project leadership — managing project scoping, technical discussions, revisions, timelines, and customer communication as the consultancy expanded into Torque Craft.

Managed a fleet of 800+ customer vehicles and led a team of 10 to ensure efficient operations. Maintained over 90% customer satisfaction by providing clear and simple service explanations.

Completed my Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering at University of Wolverhampton, United Kingdom and currently awaiting results of my stay. During my stay at university I've conducted my final year thesis researching on the application of Compliant Mechanisms in automotive environments, through which I got the opportunity to study in-depth about compliance structures and uses of compliance in various fields such as microscopic flexures. Further I was involved in Aerodynamic design and CFD studies, Structural mechanics and stress analysis, machine design and reliability and economic, social ethical studies as part of my course.

Studied Mechanical Engineering BTEC HND awarded by Pearson UK right after my Advanced Level to start my journey in a field I am interested in. During my study I learnt about Engineering design, principles of mechanical engineering, in-depth thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and FEA /CFD analysis and advanced control systems. Additionally, I was able to study project management and researching together with hands on learning at the workshop.
