As a recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, I am excited to begin my career in this dynamic field. During my studies, I developed strong theoretical knowledge in areas such as recruitment, selection, and employee relations, and I have had the opportunity to apply this knowledge during my work experience over the past year. In my current role, I have developed strong expertise in HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while fostering a positive workplace culture. HR administration, including managing employee records and updating HR databases. I have also supported employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team-building activities and social events. My strong communication and interpersonal skills have enabled me to build positive relationships with both employees and management. I am a quick learner and adaptable, always eager to take on new challenges and expand my skillset.
