Dedicated individual with solid knowledge in development of requirements, test planning, test execution, test specifications and testing processes with SDLC and Agile Environment. •Over 8+ years of experience in Agile SCRUM QA methodologies, QA testing, and development/execution of test plan, test cases and test scripts, reporting outcomes, process flowcharts and status metrics •Planned, Lead and oversaw all the testing activities including test plan and test stratergy. •Designed and provided Sign offs, Test plans, Test Strategies, Creations and execution of Test Cases. •Strong organization and time management skills, solid background in a Team-oriented Environment. •Experience with Leading team, managing onshore and offshore team and delivering project in a timely manner. •Extensive experience in performing Sanity, Functional, Black Box, System, Integration, End to End, Ad-hoc, Smoke, Cross Browser, Regression, Database and User Acceptance Testing. •Exposure in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle that includes Initiation, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation of projects •Participation in problem resolution related to system design and implementation, responsible for all project/ release testing (eg. Integration, business acceptance, performance, maintenance, operability, deployment verification) •Lead test planning, test preparation and execution activities •Chair daily defect triage calls, status calls to ensure prompt thorough documentation, tracking, testing, report on test planning, execution defects to project team using standard test quality metrics. •Experience in updating Business Requirement Document (BRD) for change request sign-off •Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated high contribution, guidance and leadership working in a team •Very solid data analysis and problem-solving skills working in multiple size projects throughout their various phases including project initiation, analysis, development, testing, validation and implementation •Participation in audit reviews of test artifacts, ensure they meet standards and audit requirements and are stored in project site. •Strong organization and time management skills, excellent presentation skills and solid background in a team-oriented environment •Accessibility testing to ensure digital content is accessible to client with disabilities following WCAG Guidelines.
