Internship in Development Coordinator position in World Vision International Nepal (WVIN), was a year full of learning to me. I would describe this as a position with dual nature – an intern, and a staff. Being an intern, participation in regular programmes, documentation and learning sharing within interns and line managers was my one role. As I was given responsibility as of a staff as well, implementation and reporting of the Maternal and Child Health Program in rural community of Kathmandu district of Nepal with regular coordination with local government health posts and female community health volunteers was my another role.
