Responsible for treasury & tax matters for Oras Group. I manage the Group's long- and short-term financing strategies, liquidity management and FX risks, tax position, transfer pricing principles and documentation, external tax partnerships, and matters related to financing and profit distribution. I'm in charge of Group's risk mitigation through insurance policies, ensuring comprehensive coverage. As the Data Protection Officer I'm ensuring that Oras Group's is in compliance with data protection regulations.

Responsible of Eltel Group’s Tax Management. Experience in cross-border tax planning and optimization, transfer pricing, M&A, restructuring, tax litigation (tax audits, appeals, advance rulings), tax management and financial reporting. Overall responsibility for planning and compliance regarding both direct and indirect taxation within the Group -Setting-up and maintenance of Group tax policies and instructions - Optimization of group legal and financing structures - Steering and coordination of transfer pricing and transfer pricing documentation processes within the Group - Coordination of tax compliance within the Group - IFRS tax reporting - Following the development of local and international tax rules and initiating related actions - Giving in-house tax advisory for business operations (e.g. cross-border projects, permanent establishments) - Mapping and controlling of tax risks, in cooperation with Group Internal Control function - Managing tax audits within the Group - Supporting Group Shared Services function (tax trainings etc.) - Presenting Group tax issues for the CFO team and top management

Internal Tax Advisor in working with business project tax related issues, optimizing group's corporate structure by carrying out intra-group mergers, internal finance optimization (pricing internal finance and debt re-structuring), tax reporting and planning and other various corporate taxation related matters on a wide range. Q4 FY16 on a 3 month secondment to Group Treasury. Duties include Group FX exposure management, short term liquidity management, cash pool solutions and treasury reporting.

Key tasks included a variety of corporate income tax related activities as well as indirect tax-related activities, such as tax planning, research, compliance, tax submissions, reporting, filings and managing tax audits. Working in accordance with the overall tax strategy to ensure that the organization meets its obligations and objectives
