As General Manager at Computer Lab OÜ, I lead the growth and operations of Octoserver — a line of purpose-built AI and machine learning servers designed for organisations that take compute seriously. We engineer and manufacture hardware from our base in Jüri, Estonia, and distribute across Europe and beyond. My work sits at the intersection of hardware engineering, international business, and the rapidly evolving AI infrastructure market. On the practical side, that means managing supplier relationships all around the world, pushing sales and BD forward in Europe, and staying close to the engineering teams so I actually understand what we're building and where it's going. I didn't start in tech. Before this I ran summer festivals, club nights, and artist logistics across Estonia — which sounds unrelated, but honestly that's where I learned how to move fast, keep things together under pressure, and work with very different kinds of people. Those habits travel. The AI hardware market right now reminds me of that world — chaotic, fast, and full of people who haven't figured out who to trust yet. That's the gap we're filling.
