* Project management at Oscar Pro ERP system implementation projects * Modifying and parametrization of the software to meet customer demands in the best possible way * Defining the customer demands for the software * Training the software administrators of customers

* Managing the project organization of the most advanced and challenging Oscar ERP systems. * Responsible for the developing the business unit's processes and the competitiveness of the business unit. * Leading a team consisting of project managers, software developers, customer servants and program testers. * Responsible for the most challenging software definition projects and mentoring other project managers

* As a PMO Manager my main responsibilities include: * Facilitate strategy PMO (Project Management Office) work in collaboration with business units * Coordinate and drive the planning and implementation of Netum’s projects * Develop effective reporting and follow-up processes that support decision making * Organize regular governance between different business units to ensure close cooperation and quick corrective actions * Support business owners in business case preparation and making offers * Support project workers to apply Netum’s project methodology * Create clarity on required resources for successful implementation of each project and on the capacity to implement several projects at the same time * Provide better understanding of project and resource management * Maintain the project portfolio * As a consultant I work in different kind of software projects in different roles. For example in the role of project manager, product owner and scrum master. I also make marketing efforts for the consulting team.
