Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with some of Australia's leading building management companies, including Dexus, CBRE, and Colliers. These trusted collaborations have allowed me to oversee and optimise electrical systems within some of Sydney’s premier commercial properties. My expertise spans energy-efficient electrical solutions, ensuring that systems not only meet the highest standards of safety and reliability but also align with sustainability goals. I began my electrical journey with Micron in 2013, graduating quickly from a general field electrician to a blended Lead Electrician / Client Services Manager role due to my customer service, communication and relationship building skills. From 2015-17 I was assigned the management of electrical operations for a portfolio of five modern commercial buildings for Commonwealth Bank. On top of the day-to-day responsibilities, during the final year of that contract (2017), the position also included the tendering and delivery of numerous office refurbishment and building upgrade works. During 2020 my role continued to evolve as I took a lead role in the marketing of Micron Group, producing website content and leveraging my publishing experience to secure industry magazine exposure for two premium CCTV projects (King St Wharf and 88 Phillip St). By 2023 a key responsibility of mine was to cement Micron's recently inked relationship with building management at One Farrer Place in the Sydney CDB (comprising Governor Macquarie and Governor Phillip Towers), and to ensure smooth and timely delivery of both base building and tenant works. Micron's relationships with Dexus, CBRE, JLL and Colliers management opened doors to many of Sydney's premium buildings and highest-level clientele, including CBA Bank, Goldman Sachs, NSW and Federal Government agencies, ACCC and ASIC to name just a few. Key Duties: • Building and maintaining client relationships • Supervision and development of apprentices  Creation of quotes, tenders and service reports  C-Bus/DALI control systems programming and maintenance • Main Switch Board maintenance • General power and lighting installation and maintenance works  Structured cabling installation and testing • Fibre optic service installation • CCTV system installation and maintenance • Periodic Preventative Maintenance including: • Emergency light testing • RCD testing • Thermographic scanning • UPS maintenance
