Laperle is the dawn of a new era of entertainment in Dubai, a show produced and created by Franco Dragone one of the world’s most revered cultural artistic directors. Located in the heart of Al Habtoor City, La Perle is the region’s first permanent show boasting 450 performances per year in a tailor-made state of the art aqua-theatre. Produced by cultural creative company Dragone, directed by the legendary artistic director Franco Dragone and brought to Dubai by the Al Habtoor Group, the production has been created in Dubai and embodies the spirit of Arabia. La Perle features a cast of 65 world-class artists performing breath-taking aqua and aerial feats with the assistance of 70 specialised technicians in a tailor-made, state of the art, intimate 1,300 seat theatre. The theatre itself features an ‘aqua-stage’ filled with 2.5 million litres of water, powered by hydraulic pumps and fountains that enable the stage to change from a dry platform to aquatic stage and vice versa. Daredevil performers dive into the water-filled stage from a height of 35 metres and fly around the auditorium on high-powered winches at a speed of four metres per second. With this cutting edge stagecraft and state of the art technology fused together La Perle will be a visually stunning spectacle in, on and above water.

Head of Lighting and VIdeo reporting to the Director of Technical Operations. Responsible for all Lighting & Video technical equipment of the show as well as the maintenance of all departmental equipment, staffing, health & safety, budgeting and managing of lighting and video operations in Dubai’s newest living treasure. Produced by Dragone, the show will thrill audiences nightly in an intimate, high-tech, one-of-a-kind, 1300 seat aquatheatre.

- Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of all Lighting, Video and projection equipment across a 2000 seat venue. - Managed a team of 18 Technicians. - Managing budgets up to $300,000+ - Assisting the Deputy General Manager and Technical Director in their daily operations. - Responsible for all departmaental Health and Safety Directed by the world's greatest show mastermind Mr. Franco Dragone, the Han Show is a creative masterpiece blending world leading technologies and performance that challenges physical boundaries. This state-of-the-art theater is purpose-built in the shape of a red lantern for the Han Show featuring moving seats and a huge stage pool. It brings the audience a splendid sensory experience with 3 levels of performance: aerial, aquatic and immersive stage.

As Production Manager I supervised all aspects of the on-board entertainment including; - Production Shows, Featured Entertainers, Singers, Dancers, Musicians and Bands, Any presentation including dance sets, Cabaret entertainment, Production Shows, Featured Artists and Variety Shows. - Managed a Production team of 16 Technicians and a entertainment team of 45 including, dancers, vocalists, entertainment hosts, musicians, and guest entertainers. - Responsible for all Technical aspects including Lighting, Projection, Sound, Pyrotechnics, Automation, and Performer Flying. - Responsible for all documentation and health and safety procedures across the Entertainment department. - Oversaw all on-board presentations, particularly the Production Shows - Responsible for maintaining the artistic standards and intentions of the Producer/s, Director/s, Designer/s - Responsible for budgets up to $30,000 - Working with MS Office software including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

- Responsible for the maintenance, repair and operation of Entertainment Lighting and Video Systems - Lighting designer/operator for all production shows and Guest Entertainers/Artists - Responsible for all Lighting and Video equipment inventory.

Head Sound Technician, - Sound Operator, Yamaha PM5D. - Assisted the Production Manager in overseeing all audio visual equipment such as microphones, speakers, both front of house and foldback - Managed and directed the lounge technicians.

Studio Technician, in charge operating lighting, sound, video, recording, sound design, and set construction. Working with all age groups and skill levels, from professional actors to after school classes for up and coming performers.
