* Primary contact for 401(k) plan sponsor teams and investment advisors. * Responsible for managing, educating, building relationships and resolving issues of plan sponsors. * Meet and conduct plan reviews, investment reviews, fiduciary reviews. * Set the strategic direction for the 401(k) plan and team. * Maintain ultimate ownership and accountability for the client relationship.
