Led the end-to-end delivery of turnkey drywall manufacturing facilities across international locations, overseeing everything from concept development to commissioning and client sign-off. Managed multi-disciplinary teams and served as the central point of coordination between internal departments, contractors, and clients. Accountable for the full project scope, including equipment installation, complex civil works, architectural finishes, power distribution, and supporting services such as piping, water, and compressed air systems. Ensured compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, managed budgets and schedules, and aligned all design, fabrication, and execution activities with client expectations. Successfully delivered high-value industrial facilities on time and on budget, navigating complex logistics, regulatory frameworks, and cross-functional stakeholder demands.

Led automation, industrial IT, and cybersecurity projects across North and South America in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals (GAMP), food and beverage, and CPG. Worked closely with customers and contractors to deliver complex, time-sensitive installations. Supported clients from early-stage project generation and Capex development through procurement, execution, and commissioning, ensuring alignment with technical and business goals. Projects included development of OEE and SCADA systems, cybersecurity threat analysis, complex industrial IT networks, and AGV systems. Served as Electrical and Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Inspector during the engineering, construction, and commissioning phases of the Tuxpan Compressor Station project. Provided technical support for punch list closure and final commissioning activities on the Guadalajara–Manzanillo gas pipeline. Responsibilities included inspection and troubleshooting of cathodic protection systems, right-of-way (ROW) equipment, valve and instrumentation maintenance, chromatographs, and gas quality monitoring systems. Also supported diagnostics and issue resolution at Regulation and Metering Stations and Delivery Meter Stations.

Led project engineering and maintenance activities across plant installations, applying the Reliability Performance Model (RPM) to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Oversaw contractor management and directed the successful construction and engineering conversion of the plant to natural gas. Managed plant mobile equipment and was responsible for overall facilities management and the environmental department. Led teams for ISO 14001 and Clean Industry certification, ensuring full compliance with environmental regulations and advancing the plant’s sustainability and operational standards.

Supervised general maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, electronic, and instrumentation systems for board and mill production lines, as well as equipment at the Ixtlahuacan quarry. Applied the Reliability Performance Model (RPM) to improve equipment uptime and overall asset performance. Led projects focused on process automation and operational efficiency, while coaching and managing a unionized workforce. Drove continuous improvement initiatives across both production and quarry operations.

Oversaw corrective and preventive maintenance for bottling equipment (soda and purified water), wastewater treatment systems, compressor rooms, boilers, ice production facilities, and water clarification systems. Led high-complexity activities involving instrumentation, control systems, and mechatronics across production and utility areas. Conducted root cause and failure analysis on production lines to drive reliability improvements and reduce downtime. Managed unionized maintenance crews, ensuring safe, efficient operations and alignment with plant performance goals.
