As program coordinator of a youth group I provide outreach, recruitment, group facilitation, and individual level intervention to the target population funded for. I also conduct HIV counseling, testing, and referrals to any other services needed.

My duties were being a customer service assistance, re-stocking inventory, keeping up with store maintenance, and opening and closing the store.

* The Manager of Sexual Health and Outreach Services at Howard Brown Health provides leadership * and supervision to the Outreach Coordinator as well as the Outreach Health Educators. They are * responsible for the programmatic success of all federal, state and local initiatives and funding. * They ensure that all scopes and deliverables are being monitored, reported and exceeded on a * quarterly basis. The Outreach Manager has supervisory responsibility, performs or oversees * critical grants management functions related to all awards, leads monitoring, evaluation and * quality assurance/improvement efforts, leads meetings at HBH and larger meetings * that include internal and external partners and stakeholders, and seeks out, nurtures, and improves * crucial relationships with persons who enable HBH to continue and better reach under served, highly * vulnerable members of the community.
