About

After master degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, I gained a good experience in the Human Resources field covering different position with increasing responsabilities. I joined my actual company in 2012 and i'm currently responsible for providing support to managers and employees on topics including, but not limited to, hiring, relocation, benefits, career development, performance appraisals, compensation and promotions. Furthermore i support the design, development and implementation of HR policies, programs and procedures including welfare initiatives.
