• Strategic Talent Sourcing: Identify, source, and engage top-tier candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and industry networks. • Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates through interviews, resume reviews, and skills assessments to ensure they meet our organizational needs and culture. • Collaborative Hiring: Partner with hiring managers to understand their team's requirements and contribute to the development of hiring strategies. •Point of contact for Recruitment Platforms in Romania. •Driving Early Careers initiatives. • Market Research. • Create and build up Cluj Internship Program. • Identify and further the partnership with Universities. • First point of contact for hiring contacts at Universities. • Own the calendar of events and coordinate HR and Business participation. Roles: Finance, HR, Engineering, Junior roles (across all functions) and Internships.

•Collaborating closely with the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team to identify, connect and engage with A level talent across the region; •Talent Pool Management; Candidate Management; •Offering administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment related matters: ATS management (posting all new permanent vacancies onto the Vertiv recruitment system - ORC for approvals and advertising); •Managing the first part of the recruitment process (screening,sourcing, interview scheduling) for the Finance, Legal, Procurement, Manufacturing and Engineering roles throughout EMEA region; •Helping with the onboarding of new colleagues.
