Chief Happiness Officer acts as the link between management and employees in order to cultivate an environment that inspires overall happiness and productivity. The purpose of this function is to serve as a reference for all workers, an impartial point of contact for all personnel to report both concerns and opportunities connected to our plant's operational well-being.  Through listening to our employees, the CHO acts to guarantee a positive working atmosphere and fights against forms of discrimination and violence. Primary responsibilities of the CHO include coordinating the employee survey, administering the welfare budget, managing employee committees (Workplace Environment, Ethics and Sustainability, Diversity and Inclusion, Entertainment and Leisure Events), auditing Social Standards, and negotiating corporate benefits for employees.

Working in the Analysts team to facilitate the growth of the retail and wholesale channel through careful analysis and planning of the merchandise assortment and strategy, utilizing point of sales activities’ kpi and partnering effectively with cross functional accounts to understand and drive business opportunities and challenges.

Manage reporting activities by structuring, preparing and presenting reports and analyses for shareholders, top management and other departments. Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future specifications on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Prepare recommendations based on analyzes.

Coordinate and participate in the month-end-close process for volumetric accountancy, which includes data integrity checks, internal cost allocations, inventory valuations, foreign exchange revaluations and income tax postings. Report monthly earnings and quarterly & yearly financial statements to corporate headquarters, including analysis and follow up with business contacts.

Provide value-added financial analysis, and forecast to client engagement team to maximize the profitability and management of Acn contracts. Collaborate with client and engagement executives, Client Group Finance Leads and other finance operations executives to communicate the position and status of contract or account financial position.

The program focuses on the strategic role of HR processes as enablers in achieving business development and transformation goals. The master covers topics such as the Employee Journey, People Analytics, performance evaluation, and change management, with the aim of providing both strategic and operational HR skills. The program emphasizes the development of effective strategies for personnel management and talent attraction, preparing participants to manage all phases of an HR Manager's activities. This includes personnel selection and development, the use of digital tools in HR practices, social recruiting, talent management, employer branding, digital performance management, and digital learning.

III TERM: Capital Markets; Portfolio and Asset Management; Statistics and Financial Econometrics; Financial Instruments; Financial derivatives market - forwards, futures, options, swaps, hybrids; other derivatives; Valuation of derivatives.
