I initially began in Sales in 2000 while living in N.Z. I returned from this country with a new career and developed it further with CPM and Smart Telecom. My roles evolved from being an agent into the early stages of management with both employers. For a period I left sales to work in the industry I had previously worked in.This was a different role to sales and I qualified as a Telecoms engineer. In 2008 Tom Staunton made contact with me and inquired if I had any interest in joining the company that himself and Noel O' Connor had set up. One of the best decisions I ever made despite reservations about going back into what I know is a demanding industry. I worked my way up from a residential agent too a business advisor within 2yrs.Within another 2yrs I had become National Sales Manager for the B2B campaign with Electric Ireland.In January 2018 I became chief operations officer for SCL sales for all of its ROI activities,overseeing Sales,recruitment,fleet,Gdpr,finance,Learing & development and our IT department.
