Anton Rakov

My name is Anton, and I'm from Ukraine. I grew up in the Kyiv region and have been playing hockey since childhood. This taught me how to work in a team, make important decisions, and take responsibility. I'm a passionate person who loves engaging in conversations, even on unexpected topics. I value honesty, as my trust can be easily broken by lies. I strive to make people feel valued because I truly see them that way. I love being a leader. In my free time, I play chess, read books, and take sports seriously. In my work, I consider myself an innovator. My mind is a constant analyzer, always looking for ways to optimize processes, budgets, and deadlines. I worked as an administrator in a beauty salon and simultaneously launched my first startup as a project manager. This experience inspired me to pursue project management further, and I successfully completed Google’s Project Management courses. Despite my limited experience, I demonstrate strong skills in networking, team management, and overall leadership. In my studies, I'm also an optimizer. While a lecturer might be covering material that isn’t crucial for me, I use that time to get important tasks done a week ahead. I enjoy delegating challenging tasks and handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Although I’m usually a leader and the life of the party, I can also quietly immerse myself in solitary work. If you see me quiet and focused, don’t worry—your extrovert will be back soon.
