At Immune Therapy Holdings we developed innovations based on immunology or and solutions to immunological problems within MedTech and Pharmaceutical development. Our key project was a novel personlized apheresis device that could be tailored to individual immunologial disorders.

Product and process development for new technologies based on Spider silk proteins. Spiber Technologies focus on the application of modifiable proteins related to spider silk as tailored biomaterials and other innovative solutions. Key projects included development of upgraded lung surfactant drug candidate designed to alleviate Respiratory Distress Syndrome in premature infants.

Development and scale-up of processes for the manufacturing of Spiber silk based proteins. Spiber Technologies focus on the application of modifiable proteins related to spider silk as tailored biomaterials and other innovative solutions.

High throughput manufacture of proteins and antibodies. Process development and optimization.

Small and large scale (500L) bioprocess development and manufacturing of biological products. Work included academic research, product development and contract development/manufacturing, including both upstream and downstream activities. Experience with bioreactors of 0.2L to 500L, bacteria, yeast and mammalian cells, and purification by everything from extraction to complex affinity chromatogrphy.
