For the past 9 years I’ve been involved in various roles with the fastest growing pizza brand in the world, Dodo Pizza. I’ve been with the brand from 60 to 1,000+ stores. In 2017-2019 I was responsible for franchise sales at Dodo Pizza in Russia and Kazakhstan. The most challenging project that I successfully led in that role was bringing the brand to small cities. There had not been prior to that presence by QSR/pizza brands in small cities, as such markets had been perceived as subpar. I closed deals for over 40 small cities. Processes and tools that I introduced are still being used by the franchiss team today. In 2019 I joined the international team to recruit territory development and master franchise partners. Through trial and error and by being creative we closed deals for markets like Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Finland, Vietnam, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Nigeria, Croatia, Serbia, Cyprus, Poland, Turkiye, Mongolia, Moldova, Montenegro etc and built a foundation for more to come. In this role I led the franchise sales effort, which entails identifying priority markets, researching prospects, initiating and pitching, coordinating effective external agents, organizing discovery visits, managing the sales process and overseeing the development of sales and marketing materials, presentations and cases.
