• Understand the supplier market for the assigned commodities. • Lead engineering and quality in the selection and improvement of suppliers including: supplier research and benchmarking, supplier management. • Invite and manage effective cost reduction activity, taking in: market price and product quality, product and process costs, schedule flexibility and inventory carry costs, supplier reduction. • Daily checks of MRP for production and spares, instigate orders, expedite orders. • HS Code Classification for parts imported from overseas. • Understand the supplier market for production/spare parts and the requirements of Customer Service. • Develop JIT strategies for supply. • Problem resolution - supply, quality, contractual. • Supplier performance monitoring. • Manage transfer of parts from current production to spares "end of life". • Drafting and negotiation of supply agreements, financial and legal. • Management of supply contracts. • Work with other buyers to reduce supply base through consolidation of purchase spend. • Support department in performance improvement plans i.e. re-scheduling, overdue orders. • Resolve invoice queries as necessary. • Willingly carry out any other duties deemed appropriate by the Bucher.

• Strategic sourcing negotiation with suppliers aiming and achieving the best business opportunities for current and new projects. • Daily contact with Financial, Logistics and Engineering working thought cost management. • Ensure quality, cost, development time and technical convergency with suppliers following ROSHEN a policy and procedures. • Ensure good level of market information to report to local and central Purchasing and Engineering Directors and elaborate reporting of supplier’s performance. • Lead Sourcing processes to key contract negotiations, prepare Request for Quotation, analyze, and evaluate local and global suppliers’ proposals to meet requirements, terms, and conditions. • Responsible for project management milestones achievement with a cross-functional team. • Daily interface with global contacts, looking for all relevant information to accomplish requirements according to project guidelines. • Manage supplier’s performance controlling all KPI’s (cost control, deadlines, and quality requirements). • Delivering challenging annual cost down targets through commercial and VA/VE methods. • Develop strong, long-term relationships with suppliers.

• New supplier identification and introduction into the company. • RFI / RFP / RFQ. • Managing multimillion cost projects. • Accountability for cost and budget management. • Negotiating, executing and monitoring contractual agreements with suppliers (order confirmation, contract, specifications). • Delivering challenging annual cost down targets through commercial and VA/VE methods. • Ensuring the fulfillment of requests for the supply of spare parts (foreign economic activities) raw material and tooling. • Organization and provision of a full cycle of procurement of production and auxiliary equipment. • Participation in the development and design of equipment. • Selection of equipment based on specified technical requirements. • Developing strong, long-term relationships with Suppliers. • Managed supplier performance (KPIs) – cost, quality and on time delivery (DOT). • Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills whilst adhering to accuracy and detail in reporting. • Working closely with development engineers, design engineers, drawing office, project managers, production planners, production managers, quality, stores, sales and logistic departments. • Negotiating long term contracts, ensuring continuity of supply and that budget targets are maintained. • Reporting performance results to Senior Management for review, ensuring purchasing KPI’s are achieved. • Responding to pricing and material enquiries from other departments. • Setting clear objectives and monitoring performance of suppliers.

• Negotiating with foreign and local suppliers, full cycle of work with key vendors. • Tenders: RFP/RFQ preparation. • Conducting: Results analysis and approval. • Contracts preparation and negotiation for supply /services /licenses. • Cash flow planning, delivery forecasting, payment execution support. • Working cross-functionally with all departments to drive core quality, cost principles and process. • Leading pre-launch supplier management activities to ensure readiness for series production. • Developing supplier evaluation methods and driving performance improvement initiatives. • Sourcing the best quality materials at the most competitive rates. • Ability to read data specification (internal data sheets, technical drawings). • Stock management. • Market analysis. • Vendors evaluation.

• Studying a design brief. • Thinking of possible design solutions. • Researching whether the design will work and be cost-effective. • Assessing the usability, environmental impact and safety of a design using computer-aided design (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, MATLAB, Mathcad, Siemens) and computer-assisted engineering (CAE) software to create prototypes. • Collecting and analyzing data from tests on prototypes. • Modifying designs and retesting them. • Writing regular progress reports and presenting them to project managers and clients.

• Draft detailed multi-view drawings of systems, machinery spaces, systems, assemblies and products. • Assists in preparing technical documents for mechanical components and systems. • Produce Mechanical drawings in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. • Draw finished designs from sketches utilizing solid models and layouts. • Learn Drafting Standards and apply knowledge.
