Indivator's youth program Rookie Startup educates the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and business, and then lets young people put their knowledge into practice by starting a business during four weeks of the summer. I was responsible for coaching and mentoring 20 youths in one of the groups in the Uppsala program. This further meant: handling the introduction week(including lectures, leading workshops, one-on-one-coaching talks) as well as coaching and helping the participants in achieving as much as possible during the program.

* Lund Innovation Boot Camp is a 48-hour Innovation competition seeking new business solutions to the UN 2030 Global Goals by bringing students from different faculties together. During three intensive days I worked in a team of 4 to develop innovative and impactful business solutions. At the end of the three days me and my team pitched the business idea infront of a jury consisting of local entrepreneurs, business developers from different fields and experts in differents areas. * Key takeaways: * Teamwork under pressure * Dare to ask for help * Iteration & failure is part of success

Worked as a recruiter, public speaker and promoter for Indivator's entrepreneurial programme, RoligasteSommarjobbet(now called RookieStartups) that isan alternative to a county offered summerjob for high schoolers aged 15-17. Well in the programme the youths get to put their knowledge to practice by starting their own business during the summer. In my work I handled contact with county representatives, arranging meetings, lectures and other forms of promoting with high schools.

Started and ran an award winning hobby company through Roligaste SommarjobbetTM as my summer job. During our active period of only three months we generated revenues of close to 60’000 SEK. The company offered different household services. The operational work mainly consisted of marketing, simple administration work, selling and acting as contact person towards customers, setting up customer sales- and contract meetings, preforming the services we provided.
