Worked as IT Director, dedicated on OVHcloud Private Cloud, a product providing managed infrastructures based on VMware SDDC. Certifications: ISO27001, HDS, PCI-DSS, SecNumCloud Under my management, the team has evolve from a basic sysadmin team to a SRE/DevOps/Sysadmin team (+40 people) working in Europe, Canada and India. This team is focus on the security, reliability and delivery of Private Cloud infrastructures. It has important values like team spirit, open-minded, self-questioning and will to learn, that the management team is propagating and taking care of. People are growing to experts and managers within the team, and this is definitely a big challenge: Follow everyone to make them evolving and happy at work. I'm part of the Private Cloud Steering Committee, which is taking decision on the strategy, the finance, and the vision of the product. Our motivation is simple: Automation first, no human action. We are working closely with our third-party vendors for improving our service and integrate the future releases/features. We introduced ITIL practices and we’re using Agile and SAFe within our teams. We’re working with a passionate team, so we need to understand the Human, feelings, expectations, behaviors, everything that is important to identify and align, even more than before with the remote work flexibility.
